An interesting look at the role of the family. I imagine it is not easy for parents to give only the basic most necessary help, one would want to stop their from hurting themselves, failing, making mistakes, but because all of these things are very subjective if parents stop their children from these things they also stop them from learning and becoming their own person- it is a very difficult balancing act- not dissimilar to walking a tightrope!
